It worked for one dog an not the other.This was a great concept, but poorly executed. Sizes are not exactly accurate either.The muzzle, if put on properly, is pushing on their eyesThat is definitely a design flaw, as is the opening above the muzzle.There is no reason for it, as the dog can push through the opening, andDo, eat whatever they want, defeating the purpose of the muzzle all together.That should also be mesh, and completely enclosed. When sewn closed, it puts pressure on the nose and nostrils. I'm going to have to get mesh to sew on, so it's not narrowed by sewing it shut.It is extremely durable, washable. I like the strap that goes behind their ears, seems to be comfortable for him.And it's true they can drink with it on, major bonus there.I don't hate it, I just don't want to have to fix the design flaws myself.My dog hates it and he can get it offMy dogs hate this, as you can see, but it keeps them from eating 17 year cicadas. They do have to be watched because when they work at it, they can get them off. They can still drink, pant and bark, witch was my goal with this brand as it is too hot to fully close their mouths. The sizing is inconsistent, I had to send one back because it would ride up into their eyes. They dont appear to stretch. The xs is on this angry dog, and I have a xxs for our slightly smaller jack Russell. This is a smaller size than what the size chart indicates they would wear. I am sure the dogs would chew them up if I left them where they could get them, but like I said they do work well, the cicadas would make them sick, the wings are indigestible, and they love to hunt bugs.Omg love and it fits on my puppy nose go good There's adjustable straps so that I can adjust and it fits him really well he cannot take it off which is very important Also I love the net he can breathe and smell but not eat and lick everything that was the problem walking with it on I think over time he will get used to it pepperlee gives me that look when I put it on him he hates it but it's something that I need for him in training he so little and little to the ground everything just taste so good to him and I don't want him to get sick would definitely recommend I do wish the nose part was a little more round because it's pointing which really makes it hard but will figure it outThis is well made and would probably work well on a larger dog but not for my 8 lb Maltese. I ordered extra small but it’s about twice as long as his snout and he can easily squirm out of it no matter how tight I adjust the strap.Twice my terrier needed surgery to remove foreign objects he vacuumed off the ground, ones that he couldn’t pass. After that I tried monitoring every move he made outside on a walk or in the backyard. I tried other muzzles, but they never worked for a number of reasons, mostly because he was bothered by them and managed to work his way out of them. This muzzle fits, doesn’t bother him, and prevents him from eating everything in sight. A lot less stress with regards to this behavior. And safer for him! Oh, and for $10 just saved me thousands in surgery costs down the line. In fact I bought a second one just to make sure I not without one.Fits well, leaves breathing room my black lab was able to pant easily. BUT I bought it to keep my little man from eating cicadas and this little TURD scooped them up in the hold on the top and used his muzzle as a BOWL! Anyways works well for what it’s made for just not for keeping them from eating things. He wasn’t able to get it off he did try a few times. So it is a good muzzle just not to keep small things out of their mouths they can use it as a bowl! LolTANDD Maulkorb aus Netzgewebe:Ich schreibe hier nur über meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Maulkorb bei meinem Hund (Pulimix-Hündin, 12 kg Körpergewicht, 11 Jahre alt):Der Maulkorb ist leicht und anschmiegsam, ist daher keine große Einschränkung für den Hund. Der Hund kann auch mit Maulkorb Wasser trinken, dann wird der Maulkorb natürlich nass, macht dem aber nichts aus.Ich hatte den Maulkorb gekauft, um meinen Hund daran zu hindern, an seinen Pfoten zu knabbern, denn er macht das so exzessiv, dass er sich die Hornhaut von den Fußsohlen abreißt. (Der Tierarzt hat auch keine Erklärung.) Mein Hund hat es aber geschafft, durch das sehr sehr engmaschige Netzgewebe hindurch an den Pfoten zu knabbern und hat dabei natürlich auch die Beschichtung (Silikon?) des Gewebes zum Teil abgeknabbert, was sicherlich nicht gesund sein kann.Außerdem hat mein Hund es auch geschafft, den Maulkorb von der Schnauze abzustreifen (der hing dann nur noch am Hals). Der Maulkorb hat kein Stirnband.Daher hat der Maulkorb bei meinem Hund nicht seine erwartete Funktion erfüllt. Das mag bei anderen Hunden anders sein.Easy to use and my dog, whilst not 100% enamoured with it, did not object to having it on right from the start. I used it to prevent her from eating bait and it is great for that. She could still pant which was important as we were in a hot environment. Well worth it for peace on mind.This muzzle is perfect in preventing your dog from licking a wound or if he has a bad habit of licking excessively. Dogs can easily drink with this on.I bought the small for my Cavoodle. It was quite laughable. The muzzle was way too long in the nose and the whole thing covered my dogs face. It was huge.
