After using this stuff for a few months, I really like it. I had pretty weak nails, they grew fast, but were pretty bendable and broke pretty easily. I've been using this stuff for a few months, not the way its directed on the bottle, more like replacing it every other week and sometimes not wearing it at all, but my nails grow in really strong. They still break a lot, but I think that's on me for not moisturizing my hands enough lol. I will say tho, it's really nice to not have to worry so much about breaking my nails every single time I smash my hands into something lol, which happens A LOT, tho now I kinda get hurt from the feeling of the hit instead of my nail breaking and taking all the force lolI haven't used it long enough to give it a five star review, but so far, it keeps my nails from breaking and cracking, and my nail person says my nails seem to be a bit stronger.The nail Biotin is great in two days it was a different. My nails turn whiter the splitting start to mend back. And with in ten days it grown a lot. As well as it has got harder.My nails had been breaking and splitting and peeling for a couple years. I had tried other nail treatments and hardeners, but none of them did any good. So I saw this product and it looks like the effective ingredient is Biotin. I applied it and it REALLY works. My nails look better than they have in a long, long time. I am thrilled.I’m really happy with this product. This is the only nail treatment so far that did anything for my fragile nails. I tried lotions and gloves at night, vitamins, buying expensive nail polish and nail polish removal (I paint my own nails the old fashioned way) and none of these helped. I’ve been using this treatment for about 6 months now and my nails are so much better. They used to peel, have ridges and break. The pealing is gone now, ridges are a lot less and I have minimal breakage.Especially in hot weather I am in my garden a lot and I have never learned to accommodate garden gloves for most planting and trimming. So my nails are usually chipped, and while this does not stop that completely, it does reduce the problem enough to make the produce worthwhileBought to help my nails after getting acrylics removed. Goes on nice, dries fast, and seems like it does a good job. It does peel off sometimes though.This polish is amazing. My nails were soft and brittle from months of having gel and/or dip polish. I wanted to take a break and let my nails heal. But they were breaking and splitting and were so soft and brittle. I got this polish and within a day I realized they were getting harder and stronger. I put a coat on every day and with the exception of one nail that broke down really far they have all started to grow and they are harder and stronger. I love this!Affective works well to strengthen nails
